Rage PC: Manually Create Cache Folder

Creating this folder can speed up performance on some systems when playing Rage. At the very least, it won't hurt.
Create the following folder if it doesn't exist:
Windows 7:
Windows XP:
On my Windows 7 system this is what it looks like:
That folder likely wasn't created on install. Once you create it and run Rage, it will be used for cache files (FileCache000.bin and FileCacheHeader.bin).

Windows XP:
DRIVE:\Documents and Settings\USER\Local Settings\Application Data\id software\rage

C:\Users\Nick\AppData\Local\id software\rage
